Microblading University, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects certain information about you when you use our website (, the “Site”), our training programs, and any related services (such services, programs and the Site are collectively referred to herein as the “Services”) or otherwise communicate with us.  This policy explains which information we collect from you (“Your Information”) and how we use or share that information. By using the Services, you are agreeing to comply with and be legally bound by all of the terms and conditions in this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”).  If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, you may not use or access the Services. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; if we do so, the updated Privacy Policy will be effective when we post it to this page. Your continued access or use of the Services after such posting will constitute your consent to be bound by the updated Privacy Policy.


We collect information about you that you provide to us.  This may include information you provide when you;

  • fill out forms via the Services, including to create or update an account or register for any Services;
  • use or access the Services, including to take in-person or online training courses; or
  • otherwise communicate directly with us.

We also collect information about you that we receive automatically.  This may include, but is not limited to, the following types of information:

  • information about the computer or mobile device you use to access the Site, such as your IP address, device identifier, or mobile network; or

Third-party social plugins
The Site may use social plugins which are provided and operated by third-party companies (like Facebook or Instagram).  This means that if you are logged in to your account with the third-party company, it may receive the information that you are viewing via the Site, and/or it may be able to link information about your use of our Site to your social account. We store, use, and/or process Your Information for the following general purposes:

The Services may contain links to other websites not owned or controlled by us; we don’t have any control over these sites.  These sites may collect information from you, and so, you should also check their privacy policies and terms of use before visiting and/or interacting with these sites.

We use a third party payment processor for payment processing. Your financial information and other relevant personal information necessary to use that service is sent directly to the third party through our Services, and the privacy and security of that information is subject to the third party’s privacy policy, so you should read that, too.
